Pain can be caused by external factors like incidents, traumas or sports injuries as well as internal factors like stressful life style, inadequate diet or emotional imbalance.
Over the years I have trained and gained experience in a variety of therapies and treatments that I use seamlessly to address the specific pain that my clients have. I pride myself in having a very high rate of success. Not two pains are the same so the adequate use of the right technique, often different in each case, allows me to help people from all walks of life experiencing a variety of different kinds of pain. I have been practicing complementary therapies since 2004. I began with qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Swedish Body Massage. When I saw more and more people in my clinic suffering from multiple daily stresses and strains, I added Thought Field Therapy for emotional and psychological challenges, Sports Massage and the Dorn Method (a way of realigning the spine, that I offer as a gentle alternative to Osteopathy) for physical areas of concern. In 2011, I added Rossiter System Workouts which are based on deep stretches of the connective tissue helping people to literally walk away from pain. Originally from Germany I moved to France for nine years and then to Suffolk in 2001. Before taking up complementary therapies I worked as a trilingual personal assistant.
Needless to say I am exceedingly passionate about health and wellbeing and feel blessed to be able to work in a field I love, enjoy and believe in. I have clinics in Cambridge, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT).
