It is with a heavy heart that we had to temporarily close the doors for ‘hands-on’ therapy. We decided to give clients the opportunity to book an online consultation.
We can now arrange a ZOOM call where we can give some self-care advice such as stretches or exercises. This could help improving symptoms before it is safe to open the doors to the public again.
